Once we have received photocopies of your personal data (as stated below) and your non-refundable deposit of USD 1,000 you will receive a written confirmation stating hunt dates, non-resident hunting license number, liability insurance number etc. Balance of the hunt is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made by a bank transfer to the C.Z. Outfitters & Consulting, s.r.o. bank account.
Any fees above the package price must be cleared before leaving the Czech Republic and the payments can be made by cash or travelers checks.
To reserve your hunt dates and to start processing your non-resident hunting license and liability insurance we need your deposit and the following documents and information received via fax, e-mail or mail courier.
- photocopy of your Passport (the page with the photo is enough)
- photocopy of your Hunting license
- filled and signed reservation request
Originals of the above stated licenses you should have in your possession while hunting.
Any firearm has to be declared at the Czech custom office upon arrival and departure. The Czech gun transit permit (firearm license) is issued at custom office based on your gun license and C.Z. Outfitters hunt trip confirmation. The gun permit can be also issued in advance by any Czech consulate (upon C.Z. Outfitters trip confirmation).
